EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes and products with genuine quality/manufacturing defects, video of unpacking the order is required in that case. If you need to return a product, please contact our care team via email at ameyah.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, delivery address, and reason for return with the image of the product received. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.  We will schedule a reverse pick-up within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, and has the original tags intact.

Ameyah holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.

​REFUNDS
 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*One size/free size products are not eligible for an exchange.
